The Hill Preschool provides nurturing childcare, high quality early education for young children and fosters community among their families. As non-profit cooperative, the Hill Preschool continues this mission, started in 1979.
Your child’s continued growth is our aim. We make your child’s first educational experience the basis of the lifetime of enjoyment in learning and a foundation for personal growth and creativity. Emotional and social growth, development of motor, communication and cognitive skills are fostered through story telling, art projects and songs done in a group setting and in individual play and discovery time.
We’ve divided our youngsters into three classes: Caterpillar, aimed at so-called “young twos,” Bumblebees, focused on the skills and needs of older twos and Butterflies, appropriate for children three and older.
